The placement will include assisting fellow Building Service Managers on a number of large scale projects, or on one complex project, as instructed by the Principle Building Service Manager. The successful candidate will be part of this team and further career development and training will be given if required. The company is a leading Infrastructure, Building and Business Services organisation, with their workforce being placed in areas vital to society, designing, building, and maintaining new environments for business and leisure. Applicants should have a thorough working knowledge of either Mechanical or Electrical areas in the business services, with at least 5 years of business experience. This qualified professional will need to hold a minimum of 2 years PQE with Intermediate Level Qualifications.
